Tip of the Day: Keyword Placement in Headlines

A good way to ‘help’ search engines find your articles for the keywords you use is to use the keyword phrase in your headline.  For example, let’s say I have a blog that talks all about making homemade pastries and I’m writing an article on ‘how to make blueberry muffins’ and my target keyword phrase is ‘homemade blueberry muffins‘.

Now a headline such as ‘try this recipe out…you’ll love it!’ is catchy, but it won’t help me with the search engines.  How about ‘a homemade blueberry muffin recipe to die for!‘  See the difference?
